Designing

Working in close cooperation with the client, any facility can be build to completely satisfy all needs. Using advanced 3D modelling software, the customer can see the suggested designs before moving into the construction phase without having to interpret complex engineering drawings. A virtual walk through can help in improving the designs and maximize efficiency of a facility by giving an accurate impression of the project.

The finalized design will be reviewed by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) to confirm that it meets provincial standards. Our experience has shown that it takes several meetings and adjustments to the design before a complete approval is acquired. You can rest assured however that with OMAFRA's approval your facility will be food safe and of outstanding quality for years to come.

Total Management

The total project shall be managed by our Project Management team. Time schedules, Budget schedules, Equipment rentals, Suppliers and Supplies will be organized, ordered and arranged by gvn-group Inc. Contractors and sub contractors will be contacted and hired.

Construction

Our supervisors will have supervision over any contractor and sub contractor that participate in the construction. Health and Safety Policies need to be in place and followed at all times. gvn-group strives for excellent Safety at all times during Construction Projects. Sub contractors need to abide by gvn-group's health and safety rules as recommended by The Ontario health and safety act and stated in gvn-group's policy.
